Q: What is the process of getting into training?A: Upon the conclusion of our consultation, you will decide what training best suits your pup. We will send you the required 50% Deposit Info to reserve your training block for whichever program you desire. Once you are booked its just a matter of time before training starts! Once we're complete with training we take care of the remaining balance of whatever package you choose.
Q: Do I need to provide food for my dog while he/she is in training?A: Yes, we ask that when you send your dog to us for training that you provide their food for their time with us.
Q: If my dog needs medication on a regular basis does this disqualify my dog from training?A: No! We will accommodate whatever your pets’ needs are.
Q: Do I need to provide a record of shots for my dog?A: Yes, we do require that you provide us proof of all vaccinations for your dog.
Q: Will I receive updates on my dog throughout their time away?A: Yes! We will send pictures/videos of your dog so that you can always feel connected to them. If you are feeling especially far from your dog, there is never an issue with a facetime call to your pup or additional picture updates. Q: Why do you use an E-Collar? A: If you are averse to the use of the E collar, please be very open to learning about the tools prior to dismissing them. Allow the trainer to demonstrate the proper use of the tools and then make a more informed decision. E Collars can be used in many ways and are a wonderful form of communication for your dog. It's like their own personal cell phone! If you have additional questions please send us a message!
